Karen Halladay
CEO
Karen exemplifies Palm Payroll's commitment to helping our clients achieve high performance.
Karen has built and lead numerous HR departments in her 20+ year career, most recently with Compeat Software where she served as VP of Human Resources. While there Karen built out the HR department including staff and policy development, benefits enhancement, compensation analysis and strategy, and HRIS system selection and implementation. Prior to Compeat, Karen was the AVP of Human Resources with York Risk Services Group where she also built the HR function and was key to multiple mergers and acquisitions, managing all aspects of the HR due diligence process.
Karen has worked in various industries including insurance, software, semiconductor, electronics, and technology.
Karen also serves as CEO for sister human resources consulting company, H2R-Solutions
Levi Taylor
COO
Supporting people as they pursue and realize their potential is a primary motivator, and Levi aspires to serve our clients as such. Levi is an award-winning Human Resources professional with HR leadership in construction, engineering, manufacturing, alternative energy, and other significant growth environments. His expertise includes HR technology advancement from HCM implementation to ERP development, as well as Organizational Development, Talent Assessment, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Strategic Benefits Planning.
Levi earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Abilene Christian University, and certifications include Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). On the personal side, Levi enjoys being a Dance/Swim Dad as well as being outdoors and traveling the
world with his family.
Levi also serves as COO for sister human resources consulting company, H2R-Solutions.
Autumn Knight
Payroll Manager
Autumn manages the Palm Payroll team, creating a shared service environment with customer focus and service a priority.
Autumn brings 35 years of payroll and payroll accounting experience to Palm Payroll. Most recently, she served as Staff Corporate Accountant for Regent Management Services, responsible for payroll processing of 13 facilities, employer taxes, audits and payroll accounting. Prior to Regent, Autumn worked with Sysco USA, and was a founding member of the Sysco Workplace Enrichment Committee. While there she was responsible for payroll, contract compliance, marketing, vendor relations, and event management.
Autumn works closely with sister human resources consulting company, H2R-Solutions (www.h2r-solutions.com) in support of HRIS implementation and client relations.
